2. Compliance & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO/FSSC, and GMP standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols
3. Production Planning & Yield Monitoring
- Monitor yield, wastage control, and productivity
- Maintain accurate production and quality reports
4. Manpower & Team Management
- Manage shift planning and workforce productivity
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and training
5. Machinery & Maintenance Coordination
- Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and refrigeration systems
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
