ആധാർ കാർഡിലെ വിവരങ്ങൾ സൗജന്യമായി അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള തീയതി വീണ്ടും ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച് യൂണിക് ഐഡന്റിഫിക്കേഷൻ അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ. പുതുക്കിയ തീയതി പ്രകാരം, 2024 മാർച്ച് 14 വരെയാണ് രാജ്യത്തെ പൗരന്മാർക്ക് ആധാറിലെ വിവരങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു ചെലവുമില്ലാതെ സൗജന്യമായി അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുക. ആധാർ കാർഡിലെ പേര്, ജനനത്തീയതി, മേൽവിലാസം തുടങ്ങിയ വിവരങ്ങളാണ് സൗജന്യമായി അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നത്.

ഡിസംബർ 14ന് സൗജന്യ സേവനം അവസാനിക്കാനിരിക്കെയാണ് പുതിയ അറിയിപ്പ്. ആധാർ വിവരങ്ങൾ പുതുക്കാനുള്ള ആദ്യ സമയപരിധി ജൂൺ 14 വരെയായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീടാണ് ഇവ ഡിസംബർ 14 വരെയാക്കി ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചത്. ആധാർ പുതുക്കുന്നതിനായി അക്ഷയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും, ആധാർ സേവന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും വലിയ രീതിയിലുള്ള തിരക്കാണ് അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത്. സമയപരിധി വീണ്ടും മൂന്ന് മാസത്തേക്ക് കൂടി നേടിയതോടെ ഇതിൽ കുറവുണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണ് വിലയിരുത്തൽ. എൻറോൾമെന്റ് തീയതി മുതൽ 10 വർഷത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലെങ്കിലും നിർബന്ധമായും ആധാറിലെ വിവരങ്ങൾ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്

The deadline for updating Aadhaar details for free has been extended again, the updated date will be known

Unique Identification Authority of India has once again extended the date for free update of information in Aadhaar card. As per the revised date, citizens of the country will be able to update their Aadhaar information free of charge till 14 March 2024. Information such as name, date of birth and address in Aadhaar card can be updated free of charge.

The new notification comes as the free service is about to end on December 14. The first deadline for updating Aadhaar details was June 14. Later these were extended till December 14. Akshaya Kendras and Aadhaar Service Centers experienced huge rush for Aadhaar renewal. It is estimated that this will decrease as the deadline is extended for another three months. Aadhar information must be updated at least once in 10 years from the date of enrolment
